Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs duties of ISO Management representative - Establishes, implements, and maintains all processes necessary for the quality management system - Authors, initiates, and implements quality assurance systems in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 Requirements/IATF - Develop, launch, and implement IATF: 16949 plan - Maintain a history of and control all procedures and forms - Works with customers to develop corrective and preventative actions in response to complaints - Authors and maintains the Manufacturing Quality Inspection Plans - Provides SPC and other quality data when required - Motivates, trains and directs the associates within the quality department - Provides leadership and establishes goals for continuos improvement within the quality group - Performs or reviews and appraisals for the quality department - Maintains historical files - Maintains calibration system for Atlas and customer measuring equipment - Assists accounting in establishing the cost of quality and reports same - Completes First article, PAPP, FEMA, capability and other studies as needed - Schedules Management reviews and reports on the performance of the Quality System - Ensures safety and housekeeping standards are maintained in respective department Additional Duties and Responsibilities: - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Plastics Operations Manager

Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years quality experience in a manufacturing environment - Excellent organizational skills - Customer relations experience - Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers as well as customers. - Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced and stressful environment - ISO 9001:2015 and TS16949 experience - Ability to create teams and operate within a team environment. - Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written mediums. Desired Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years in Automotive Industry - Working knowledge of SPC, to include but not limited to, gage R&R, PFMEA, Control charts, Capability indexes and Control planning for in process inspections.
